Description :: •Plans and conducts structured product trainings to new and existing products for sales personnel and dealers.
•Liaise with relevant department managers and business partners to understand all the necessary aspects and needs to meet product training objectives.
•Conduct frequent store visits to ensure all shop front sales personnel understand the product well and assess them on their Strengths and Weaknesses for improvement to perform required product demonstration.
•Study competitors’ products, conduct consumer needs analysis, create and improvise suitable product material to meet audience (dealers/sales personnel) needs in successfully product explanation and closing sales.
•To conduct post training evaluation and reports to assess the effectiveness of the training.
•Support consumer workshops and Sony store sales during weekends as required.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
•Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (advantageous)
•At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with retail experience.
•Strong in AV IT Product's Knowledge is preferred .
•Good aptitude for training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill.
•Possess own transport
•Frequent travel to outstation for extensive training purposes.
