Description :: • Perform daily activities related to warehouse & distribution
• Lead the team that executes daily routine such as receiving goods, inspection, storage, pick & pack
• Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
• Monitor and follow-up for pending orders.
• Monitor performance and Assign work for Warehouse workers (Including guiding and supervision of group Leader)
• To ensure staff meet company KPIs
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse is maintained at all time.
• Ensure goods are arranged well at warehouse.
• Ensure staff discipline and attendance are maintained well.
• Handling inspection of stock receiving and outgoing of goods.
• To coordinate with warehouse administration and distribution team to meet timely delivery of goods
Requirements :: • Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Inventory Management or any other related studies
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehousing/distribution
• Must be honest, team player, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities
• Proven experience of having led a team of store personnel
• Strong analytical, planning and time management skills
• Result oriented, confident and posses’ good interpersonal and writing skills
