- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, target date and services with suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Order, generate report and assist in tender preparation work
- To ensure a smooth running of spare part activities to Spare part Marketing Division
- To work closely with Spare Part Marketing Division to achieve on-time and correct delivery of spare part components
- Administration works
- Any other related jobs assigned by the superior which deem to be appropriate. 
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in related field;
- Min 1 year experience in purchasing automotive Industry;
- Knowledge in inventory system, import / export, custom procedure and accounting;
- An excellent team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize workload, able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent request especially in our rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
