Description :: 1. Check suppliers’ DO & invoices including urgent payment request for completeness & compliance follow by data entry of invoices in system in accordance with Limits of Authority (LOA) & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procedure for timely payment to suppliers.
2. Check suppliers’ Tax Invoices that relief from GST and submit for certifying in accordance with the GST (Relief) Order 2014.
3. Handle payment inquiries.
4. Execute sourcing procedures to RFQ/RFP, compare and report the goods/services and supplier that meet purchasing requirements to superior for timely recommendation to requesting department.:
5. Apply import permit, exemption of import duty & excise duty for complying with the statutory & regulatory requirements and cost saving.
6. Coordinate inbound logistic for a timely & insured shipment of goods at an economy of scale.
7. Handle the purchasing related e-mails or facsimiles in a regular & timely basis.
8. Record the activities & transactions for reporting, analysis and continual improvement.
9. Scanning, filling & disposal of document & records.
10. Carry out departmental tasks that requested by superior.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. At least 1 year’s working experience in the sourcing, purchasing, logistic, finance or accounting role.
3. Good written and spoken English.
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer information systems.
5. Problem solving skills.
6. Team oriented.
7. Results oriented and good time management – ability to meet tight deadlines.
