Description :: •To support procurement process and administration work.
•Source, select and negotiate for best purchasing package from suppliers, sub-contractors, and/ or service provider
•Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure prompt delivery
•Plan and organize the task assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy of taking-off within required time frames.
•Review technical specification/ drawing, communicate with internal team to prepare costing
•Ensures that quotations, tenders or costing are prepared within the time given
•To perform daily administration duties to ensure daily operations are run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Chinese, English
•Computer literate- MS Office
•Knowledge in ERP software will be added advantage
•Knowledge in CAD will be added advantage
•Willing to learn with good attitude and good team player
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
