Responsible for all direct & indirect material purchasing function.

2. Responsibilities :
• To lead and supervise purchasing team in the company.
• To ensure timely and accurate purchase of all direct & indirect materials as per production plan based on Customer Purchase Order each month.
• To implement and maintain all relevant Purchase Order and others purchasing document as per accordance to ISO/TS 16949, equivalent International Quality System and Customer requirement.
• To liaise with planner/store personnel to ensure all direct & indirect material purchased is maintain at optimize inventory level.
• Timely reporting of relevant monthly purchase report.
• To conduct supplier assessment timely.
• To liaise with supplier regards to issues related to cost and delivery.
• To assist purchasing department to achieve Top Target.
• To carry out job related task or assignment assign by superior.
• To meet and full fill a continuous price cutting programme define by management.
• To conduct analysis of price breakdown (Man, Material, Method, Margin) and pursue continuously to achieve vendor cost reduction outcome
Requirements :: Education & Experience : Degree/Master in any relevant field.
Skill/Knowledge : - At least 10 years working experience in relevant field
- Good communication skills in English
- Possess a good negotiate skill with supplier
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 & ISO 14001
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
