- • Procure parts and supplies for new products and existing products.
• Ensure inventory system integrity, on-time delivery, and monitor purchase price variance of assigned projects.
• Address and resolve situation such as supply chain shortages, allocations, bad balances, material discrepancies.
• Ensure contingency plan or alternate sources of supply is available.
• Manage assigned projects from pre-production, ramp up to full production volume.
• Conduct and submit report of supplier audits and regular cost review with suppliers.
• Manage Approved Vendor List and their overall performance.
• Maintain purchasing reports to monitor purchasing process and detect possible problems.
• Maintain accurate supplier price book in Syspro system and review system items on regular basis.
• To support implementation and adhered to purchasing systems, policies and procedures.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
- Requirements :
- • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Office, Added advantage if experienced in Syspro or any other ERP system.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and B. Melayu
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Permas Jaya.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
