- 1) In charged of price with vendors, how much and when get effective.
2) Responsible for the PR (Purchase Requisition) convert to PO (Purchase Order) in the ERP system
3) Create Price Contract
4) Deal with in house sub-line production,and make sure the in house production go smoothly.
5) Follow up delivery & Quality
6) Contact Vendor expecially Foreign Vendor for Delivery, Costing, Service&Technology
7) Arrange shipment accordingly, either by air or by vessal
8) Follow up Shipment status
9) Make sure shipment can meet production requirement
10) Check vendor capacity
11) Vendor Management
12) Manage all related Purchasing index & KPI
13) Innovation Plan - 6 sigma tools
14) Purchaser must participate any issue related to vendor and raw material that purchased.

17) Service Part - Purchasing Management - Requirements :
- 1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT
I) To manage and control the vendors by monitoring their Quality(Q),Cost( C),Delivery(D),
Service(S) and Technology(T).
2.COST MANAGEMENT
I) SEMA is applying the cost down activities once a year.
II) Manage to negotiate with vendor in order to get the best price from
vendor for the existing product or new product.
III) In order to have the best result in cost reduction activities,it's necessary
for each purchaser to know the process of every material in detail.
3. LOSS TIME MANAGEMENT
I) Make sure Production line run accordingly.
II) Purchaser must follow up delivery.
III) If the vendor fail to send on time, will impact to Production line stop - Lowest Qualification :
