Description :: - Responsible for managing the preventive maintenance schedule independently, and handle all preventive maintenance tasks in a professional manner.
- Responsible for maintaining 100% standard room for all preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for repairing and maintaining air con systems, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, boilers, pipes and all equipment and other systems.
- Bertanggungjawabt manage work carpentry, wall papering and electrical work, independently.
- A working knowledge of air conditioning systems, services can AHU / FCU, capable of changing the bearing / belting, and others.
- Ensure that fire protection systems are properly working hotel.
- Need to attend to guest room maintenance as reported by the housekeeping department or Front Office.
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a National Trade Certificate or equivalent.
- Having 2 years relevant work experience at least in the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work.
