Description :: - To assist in developing & implement HR policies/procedures in line with the company goals and objectives.
- Provide the full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, recruitment activities, training & development, compensation and benefit, performance management, leave management, disciplinary and counselling, employee relation and other HR functions.
- To assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company’s policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.
- To ensure staffs database are properly updated. To organize proper record keeping and filing of staffs correspondences and documents.
- Liaise with all departments on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services.
- Assist in organizing staff activities so as to foster good working relationship among st staff.
- To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.
Requirements :: - Analytically, people orientated, strong sense of urgency, reliable, high integrity, good interpersonal skill, resourceful, proactive, accountability, approach issue from broad perspective and ability to meet tight deadline.
