- 1. Responsibility the overall performance of the production quality, cost and delivery of the section base of management policy.
2. To ensure overall safety,discipline,5S and training of staff.
3. To report the overall performance to executive director.
4. To ensure daily/monthly output & quality is achievable
5. Be able to design and develop suitable department function.
6. Cultivated good relations and a wide range of contracts, networking for current and future good.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Management, Leadership.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
4. At least 5 years of working experience in Assembly process.
5. Candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, work under pressure and work for long hour.
6. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
7. Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of ISO & TS will be an added advantage.
