Requirements :: Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field and with minimum > 10 years related working experience.

Skill, Abilities and Knowledge:

2 ) Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
3 ) Excellent communication skills.
4 ) Understand ISO 9001 and 14001 will add as advantaged.

Setup the KPI for (Efficiency, Impact , Effectiveness and Customer Service Indicator )
Authority:

1 ) Approval OT and leave for Subordinated.
2 ) Quotation proposal for new tooling , calibration and training course that need to purchases.
3 ) Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
