Description :: - To maintain, operate the boilers and water softener plant and ensure they are funning in good conditions and operate in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Plant and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance shedule and to troubleshoot when necessary.
- To assist the Maintenance Manager to monitor and maintain the Chillers, AHU.
- Cooling Tower and Compressors and whenever required.
- Comprehensive records keeping of all maintenace activities and important data in the Boiler Log book.
- To ensure safety of all boiler man and others during work.
- To make necessary preparations and follow-ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.
- Carry out the daily routine work schedule so that the boiler will run without interruption.
- Run and maintain the steam boilers are kept in good running condition.
- Carry out preventive maintenance.
- Attended to boiler breakdown and repair.
- Maintain records for all boiler breakdowns or any abnormal situation.
- To handle waste water treatment system (WWTS/IETS).
- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements :: - Mininum 2 years related manufacturing experience.
- Certified Boilerman Grade 1/2.
- Experience with Food Manufacturing experience.
- Experience collaborating with other teams / departments within the organization.
- Experienced in engineering processes
