- • To assist department to prepare the necessary documents like standard operation procedure (SOP), work instruction (WI) and others documentation works.
• To keep track the authority inspection schedule from JKKP, DOE, etc and report to superior.
• To keep track equipment calibration schedule and report to superior.
• To assist superior updating and keep up department ISO documentation.
• Responsible to enquiry price quotes & pricing from supplier / vendor based on specification required.
• To prepare purchase orders based on finalized of quote comparison done.
• To follow up & track the deliveries schedule with supplier / vendor.
• To assist prepare the quotes comparison chart based on quotes received and review & analysis supplier / vendor pricing.
• To handle invoices, purchase order copies, work completion report (if required) and forward to accounting department.
• To monitor and update on spare parts inventory stock level.
• To prepare purchasing monthly report for evaluation purpose.
• Follow through with purchase from order placement to fulfilment and ensures order arrives, undamaged and on time.

- • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
