Description :: - Provide input for product research to improve product quality, lower cost of products (through effective sourcing and procurement) and marketability of finished products
- Plan, organize, direct and control the production operation (with compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements) and maximize resources utilization to meet production schedules while meeting requirement of the safety and quality of products.
- Ensure the job competencies and skills level of the operational staff is adequate and well trained.
- Initiate reengineering, problem solving & trouble shooting and process reduction/ improvement to improve efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of the Company Quality Management System, Safety Policy and respond to customers’ complaints.
- Approve timely production reports to the management. Lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- Ensure the effectiveness of machine machine maintenance program to minimize production downtime.
Requirements :: - Degree in Food Science or related field.
- 5-7 years managerial experience in Food Processing / Manufacturing or related industries.
- Hands on experience in implementing best practices in Food Processing / Manufacturing processes and technology.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements.
- Computer literate in Microsoft application and exposure to an integrated software environment would be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
