Description :: • Lead and co-ordinate a team of production operators in achieving production’s schedule and ensure product quality
• Monitor and improve production yield and quality
• Ensure deliveries in accordance to schedule
• Plan subordinate’s working roster
• Co-ordinate with order departments to ensure smooth operations
• Any others ad hoc assignments
Requirements :: • Possess at least SPM / Diploma or higher
• Must be willing to work on shifts / overtime
• Work experience as supervisor in manufacturing company is an added advantage
• Possess leadership and strong communication skills
• Independent with minimum supervisor and able to withstand work pressure
