- - To ensure the department’s procedure needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
- To lead 5S & Safety & Health activity in the department’s.
- Plan, organize and control the QA functions and all the resources to maintain a high level of efficiency to meet the quality objective in line with the quality policy.
- Authorized to review, evaluate and take immediate corrective measure all types of non-conformity of quality and customer complaints.
- To liaison with other department, customer or suppliers/sub-contractors for the quality information and quality non-conformities.
- Liaison with production for all quality related matters and documenting all responsible to inspect the mass production & in-process quality control.
- Responsible and verification for the calibration of all measuring instruments or inspection equipment.
- To be responsible the internal daily quality problems.
- To analyse monthly defectives and non-conformance report, and propose related improvement plan.
- To prepare / update quality related documents and report.
- Participate in the site internal / external site audits.
- To carry out corrective & preventive measures to eliminate the potential non-conformity.
- Review and reconfirm the disposition of non-conforming products.
- Review the Customers specification & undertake relevant training to the QA/QC controller.
- Train and educate subordinates the inspection requirements.
- And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Experience in Quality Management System and procedures (ISO 9001:2015). - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
