- -Devising and deploying all sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets and budgets preparation
-Managing the sales performance and activities of account managers and sales engineers.
-Creating training and development programs for sales team.
-Conducting analysis in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporate objectives.
-Developing sales opportunities.
-Exploring and growing client account list, dealing incoming leads and ending sales.
- Requirements :
- -Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/or electronics engineering related field or equivalent.
-Minimum 7 years of sales experience in similar field
-Coming from power industry as priority.
-Strong knowledge and experience in the industry
-Good customer base, knowledge in the similar industry environment, trends and rapport.
-Good technical background and ability to analyse, propose and compete for a new project independently.
-Good negotiation skills, exhibit strong organization and -communication skills.
Well verse in business and marketing planning.
Ability to adopt into a new set-up environment, self-discipline and high ownership capability.
