Description :: - To understand, clarify and ensure overall requirements pertaining to the inquiries received from Regional office/Sales office/Distributors and Customers. To work
closely with the Engineering Department and Application Teams in getting replies on inquiries in timely manner. To meet established Sales KPI.
- To coordinate and collaborate in providing accurate proposals and quotations based on established pricing structures on a timely manner. To ensure the profitability
of the project is maintained under various order variations.
- To ensure all the process of purchase order is properly handle and to the satisfaction of the customer. This would include monitoring all issues related to the
manufacturing of the unit for instances delivery date, material planning and quality control etc.
- To handle and monitor the changes of order by the factory and Regional office/Sales office/Distributors and Customers in timely manner
- To follow-up and ensure all payment, forwarder details and etc are in place before shipment
- To provide and facilitate the After Sales Support for the
following matters:-
-IOM
-Product Quality
-Warranty
-Shipping damages
-Others issues that may arise
- To facilitate and coordinate on the logistics e.g. accommodation, program visit, driver and etc -overseas visitors from time to time that related to their respective
project/region.
- To handle issues related to your account independently through negotiations and meeting with the relevant personnel such as Area manager and other
stakeholders. To ensure that all expectations are clearly communicated to all relevant parties.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
