- To effectively manage relationship with the customers, extend value added services and ensure customer satisfaction at all times (customer focused).
To support direct supervisor or HOD in daily activities and daily operation.
To ensure all services schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within allocate d time frame without the needs for unnecessary
overtime.
To reduce overtime by 50% or less than 40 hours per month. Unscheduled overtime should not extend beyond 10.00pm.
To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained in order to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.
To discuss, follow-up and seek immediate supervisor’s attention whenever there is discrepancy, site related issues or the service schedule could not be completed
on time.
To submit all FSR’s to immediate supervisor for review upon completion of service orders.
To accomplish departmental goals and company goals through dedication and team work.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
