Description :: '1. Liaise with customer on improvement plans requirements,audits and quality issue
2. Support external audits by customer and 3rd party certification bodies
3. Ensure timely report submission to customer
4. Preparation of weekly report
5. Participate in daily meeting with production to resolve quality issue
6. Participate in new product meeting
7. Participate in weekly management meeting
8. Develop and maintain the effectiveness of in-coming,in prosess&outgoing quality control
9. Plan and perform prosess audits internally and supplier to ensure compliance per customer requirement
10. Drive continual improvement projects
11. To prepare & review New Product package
12. To ensure proper product transfer to mass production
13. Participate in company’s Quality,Environmental,Safety & Health management program
Requirements :: 'Basic communication.
- Knowledge in 8D methodology, FMEA, MSA, SPC, QC 7-tools is a must
- Minimum 5 years working experience with preferably experience working in HDD industry. Senior position will be offered for more than 5 years working experience
- EDUCATION:Degree or equivelant
