- - To assist operations team with daily stock check
- To organize ,stock, pack and re-arrange goods
- To Perform periodical stock take
- To assist in stock conversion
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelf inventory
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning & packing
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Organize and maintain good filing and documentation system
- To perform other duties and general administrative tasks as assigned
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast moving environment to meet tight deadlines - Requirements :
- - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within nearby locations if needed
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia / English
- Required skills: Computer literate, and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
- Can start work immediately
