- - Reporting to production manager and complete the other jobs released by him
- Responsible for production data statistic and analysis of all production data in production department
- Record the minutes of production internal meetings, released it and track the implementation
- Assist production manager deal with the urgent job order coordination
- Assist the warehouse regular inventory and production scrap age audit
- Help purchase office supplies, consumables, etc and arrange PR/PO release , record receiving storage control
- Responsible for the files management and administration work in production department
- Responsible for the data statics and related to daily, weekly and monthly report
- Requirements :
- - Minimum GCE O Level or minimum 5 credit or equivalent
- Minimum working experience of 4 to 6 years in manufacturing companies will be required
- Familiar with Microsoft office- Word, Excel, Power Point
- Familiar with SAP is advantage
