Description :: - Responsible for efficient operation of all plants during the shift
- Ensure all safety measures are taken in the safe operations of plants
- Assume lead role during his / her shift for process yields, quality of products and efficient treatment plants
- Responsible for in-process quality monitoring during shift
- Responsible for reporting and recording production data during shift
- Assist in the planning of labour for production / overtime and security of site
- Acts as leader in fire-fighting team during the shift
Assist in provision of training to new operators
- Assist in raw material receipt and unloading into tanks and warehouse
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management systems of safety, OHSAS18001, ISO 9001, IS014001, FSSC 22000 & GMP
- Act as co-ordinator and responsible for safety and GMP matters
Requirements :: - Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering
- The Production Executive should have a minimum of three years working experience in oleo chemical / chemical process industry
- Experience in managing a group of people
- Experience in working on shift is an added advantage
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
