Description :: • Lead the Laboratory department which covers of new product development, product quality, evaluation and analyst, staffs development & training
The incumbent will:
• Ensure all products manufactured are in compliance with standards
• To ensure testing and inspections are performed vigorously.
• Monitor all quality related improvement program in the factory
• To investigate and report to management on the quality issue or complaint raise by the customer
• Monitor internal audit and external audit
• Improve the department in terms of manpower management, output quality, documentation, peripherals requirements / maintenance and update management system.
• To manage and execute special projects assigned by the management as and when required
Requirements :: • B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry, Food Technology, Bio-Technology, Applied Sciences or Bio-Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years management experience in manufacturing environment
• In dept knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and procedures
• Good analytical mind, able to communicate effectively, lead and motivate subordinates besides possessing initiative and drive
• Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under fast pace working environment
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
