- >Quality inspection of beam production pre-casting inspection of mold setup,visual inspection of completed beams,acceptance and verification of repair work,record slump test results & verify concrete cube test results etc.
>Discuss &arrange production schedules with labors sub-contractors.
>Order raw materials and arrange delivery schedule with suppliers on time for production
>Maintenance of casting you hardware and inventories ,including
>Inventory items in casting yard stores,monitor & report the conditions of casting yard machinery, mould, end-formed & all accessories,maintenance of
stock card,update machinery, mould, accessories maintenance record etc.
>Arrange with suppliers for servicing&calibration of machinery & equipment.
>Maintenance all production ,quality control,machines maintenance records. - Requirements :
- >Candidate must possess at least a Diploma ,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree,post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (CIVIL)or equivalent
>At least 2 year (s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
>Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent job role in quality control/Assurance or equivalent.
