- To provide legal opinion and advice to the management in order to assure that the company's interest is protected and there are no legal impacts within the operations among main and subsidiaries. To prepare and vet through relevant legal documents of the company. To identify and evaluate legal issues arising from commitments made by the company and advise and formulate appropriate resolution for the same. To constantly monitor the compliance process by the relevant authorities and regulations.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. 1-3 year(s) of working experience in corporate law exposure especially in handling legal issue, contract negotiation and business arrangement for MNC manufacturing sector.
3. Highly proficient in written and spoken both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Must be articulate and possess excellent research writing & analytical skills.
5. Must be willing to work independently and have a strong commitment to ensure corporate compliance.
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
