Maintenance of employees' files
Ensure HR practices and policies comply with the legislation
Conduct recruitment and orientation program for new staff
Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
Co-ordinate performance appraisal activities
Process payroll which includes tax clearance for foreign workers
Performance Management
Manage compensation and staff benefit plan
Welfare and Benefits Administration
Manages Grievances and Disciplinary Matters
Organize staff events and other ad hoc duties
Requirements :: Degree in Business/Human Resource or its equivalent
At least 5 years HR experience with 2 years supervisory experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
Resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous, take initiative
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
Must have performed full HR generalist role
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Knowledge with Paymaster system will be an added advantage
