- Responsible to handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and courier services.
- Re-direct the calls efficiently and take messages when required.
- Responsible to ensure that calls are answered within three rings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible to handle all travel arrangements such as flight survey / bookings, hotel accommodation etc.
- Maintaining company vehicle administration i.e. user & usage records.
- Responsible to provide general administrative, clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the management.
- Assisting HR Dept in foreign workers permit renewal.
- Payroll Management updating attendance and overtime records.
- Preparing new month’s employee punch cards.
- Proficient in Mandarin - Requirements :
- - Candidates must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Management or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant and warm personality, good appearance and good attendance.
- Demonstrates initiative, attention to details, well-organized, conscientious, independent, ability to multi-task and have a positive work attitude.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and MS Word / Excel / Power Point.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Lowest Qualification :
