- Handling of quotation, order processing and invoicing
- Responsible for updating of order and liaises with suppliers for any outstanding order
- Responsible to organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record
- Responsible to handle daily administrative / purchasing / quantity surveying activities (urgently need for 3 positions)
- Responsible to perform any other duties as and when assign by the management 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- At least 3 years or above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to work as a team player & under pressure
- Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Computer Literate
- Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
