Description :: - Responsible to direct & coordinate production planning and delivery so as to meet customers’ requirement.
- Responsible to optimize manpower, machinery and resources utilization.
- Responsible to minimize production cost and overheads.
- Responsible to analyze production data and make regular production reports on delivery, quality, output and downtimes etc.
- Responsible to address any problematic areas.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure production documentation is complying to QMS.
- Responsible to liaise closely with all other departments on all production matters.
- Production SOP writing, updating & implementation.
- Responsible too oversee workers welfare and safety during work.
- Responsible to oversee/initiate/implement continual improvement of factory operations in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001/ QMS/Halal/FSSC 22000.
- Chair the Weekly Production Meetings.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Production Management.
- Possess good managerial, administrative and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Computer literate.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
