- • Coordinate with the QA/QC team to achieve the quality objectives set by company.
• Responsible to manage incoming, in-process and outgoing QC activities to ensure the product received, produced and shipped to customer in good condition.
• To ensure all products produced in the facilities meeting required quality standard.
• Customers’ liaison for all complaints / requirements.
• Determine process improvement opportunities and provide solutions.
- Requirements :
- • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Minimum requirement certificate and above on related field.
• Well-versed in QC tools, Quality planning and monitoring.
• Good communication skill, analytical skill and leadership.
• Written and spoken language : English / Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese
• Own transportation.

Description
The main line of business for Seik Lam Components Industries Sdn Bhd is the supply of quality metal parts, components and assemblies for the engineering industries.
The company was founded in 1978 by Lee Kum Weng as a small workshop in Segambut, outskirt of Kuala Lumpur. With Lee's many years of experience and acquired engineering knowledge and skills, in the beginning the company only undertook jobbing orders for design and fabrication of tools and dies. In 1992, Seik Lam was established as a Sdn Bhd (Private Ltd) company.
Since then, the company's growth has been very encouraging. With prudence, it has weathered through several economic crises. It has since modernised with up-to-date CNC machineries and diversified into mass and batch production with a healthy market share both local and export. The export markets include countries like Australia and New Zealand.
Today, with a combined experience of more than 90 years, Seik Lam has grown to its current standing with an annual turn-over of RM5 million, operating in its own 3,000 square meter premises located at Seri Kembangan with a workforce of 50.
