Description :: - Responsible to establish new accounts with an aim to obtain new orders by planning and organizing the daily work schedule
- Responsible for service existing accounts and seek opportunities for new and/or repeat orders
- Gather competitive information by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc
- Responsible to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management and client
- Responsible to keep abreast with the latest professional and technical knowledge by attending in-house and external workshops and training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies, etc
