Description :: - To ensure inventory balance report is up to date.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, customer and internal staff.
- Responsible in constructing weekly report and issuing of PO.
- Managing staff allocation effectually and ensuring staffs always adhere to company rules and regulations policies.
- Responsible of good monitoring on the material stock in and stock out.
- Ensuring If proper filling on processing documents and recording morning meeting minutes.
- To issue PO accordingly and supervise on consumable material of production.
- Responsible in constructing daily processing report in a timely manner.
- To oversee and monitor diligently on all regular processing duties.
- Checking of emails.
- To prepare submission of monthly stock closing record and monitor meticulously on costing.
Requirements :: - Diploma/ Degree applicants are encouraged to apply.
