Description :: • To provide secretarial and administrative assistant to the directors which included arrangement of meetings, appointments, travelling and ect.
• Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/ appointment closely.
• Taking notes, minutes or dictation at meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Liaise & work with all level of Management and staffs to ensure that all deadline and commitments are followed through & complied with.
• To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff or external parties.
• Prepare documents, reports, letters and presentations.
• Set up and maintain efficient filling and archival system for documents.
Requirements :: • Possess a good attitude in taking on other additional administration job functions besides secretarial duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the directors.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Gaya,Ulu Tiram,Johor..
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• 5 days working day.
