- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc.
- Requirements :
- - Possess a Diploma of Human Resources.
- At least 5 years Human Resources related working experience as HR generalist or specialist in compensation & benefit operations or manpower management preferably with minimum 2 years in management capacity.
- Knowledge of ISO Documentation
- Familiar with labour law
- Familiar with Immigration procedures
- Proficient in writing office letter
- Proficient in X-payroll_HR system and TMS system
