Description :: - Responsible to prepare accurate & timely management reports/financial statements
- Review and implement accounting and financial procedures /policies to ensure compliance with accounting /finance polices
- Prepare budgets, forecast and performance review report. Perform analysis on actual performance against
forecast for decision making process
- Responsible to oversee/supervise and coaching accounts/finance personnel in their respective job functions
- Ensure compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies
- Review and analyse financial result and to come up with improvement process especially in the cost control.
- Ensure timely external reporting such as audited financial statement etc.
Requirements :: - Professionally qualified Accountant (ACCA/CPA) registered with MIA
- Minimum 5 year(s) relevant experience, preferably in major shopping complexes or high-rise buildings
- Meticulous and detailed with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under tremendous pressure and meeting with tight deadlines
- Good coordination skill and able to work at all levels of the organization
- Good oral & written skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
