Description :: - Manage and coordinate with external solicitors and other third party advisors on company’s legal matters.
- To assist superior in all legal matters including conveyance, corporate, advisory, litigation and dispute resolution for the group.
- Review, vet and draft all agreements/contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice in all legal matters
Requirements :: - Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent professional qualifications.
- 2-5 years post-qualification experience in legal firm or as an in house lawyer
- Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful in problem solving, innovative and always strive for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge in conveyancing practice or intellectual property laws is an added advantage.

Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd was established in 1979. Back then, Kossan offered a range of cutless bearings that were often used in the marine industry.
