Description :: - To assist work flow in CEO’s office and follow through until completion
- To assist CEO’s daily schedules (appointments, meetings, travel arrangement etc)
- Plan, coordinate and execute various projects and assignments
- Prepare speeches, messages, presentation materials for media related initiatives (press releases, press conference, interviews etc) and internal or external correspondence
- To support in corporate affairs and investor relations programme and initiatives
- Responsible in maintaining and updating the content of corporate website
Requirements :: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mass Communications or equivalent with minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese languages, both verbal and written

Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd was established in 1979. Back then, Kossan offered a range of cutless bearings that were often used in the marine industry.
