- · Facilitate in all Human Resource initiatives which include payroll administration, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters, reports, attendance, leaves, claims etc.
· Manage and control employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave & staff medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines
· Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement
· Supervise Executives, Front Desk Assistants, Despatch, cleaner, tealady in performing their duties.
· Maintain stock and purchase of stationeries and other equipment to ensure the smooth operations of the organisation.
· Ensure that the office supplies, hygiene, equipment maintenance, repairs, etc are attended to in a timely manner.
- Requirements :
- · Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
· At least 4 years relevant working experience and preferably those with HRDF exposure
· Well-versed with the Malaysian Labour Laws, prevailing HR practices and statutory guidelines
· Strong analytical thinking with good interpersonal skills
· Independent and possess excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin
· Hands-on person, pleasant personality and able to interact well with employees of different levels.
· Those who has the exposure in payroll / overseas payroll would have an added advantage
