- - Develop subject matter expertise with the ability to assess and select calibre Applicants based on set criteria and market intelligence
- Monitoring the whole recruitment process (including recruitment administration steps where appropriate) ensuring a quality experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates
- To manage recruitment activity effectively to meet the needs of the business and deliver the required outcomes
- Accountability for end to end requisition management including the direction of third party suppliers
- Work with Manager Resourcing and the business to ensure recruitment requirements have been accurately captured, validated and agreed
- Deliver a consistent and compelling image of the bank to the market
- Agree with Hiring Managers’ specific candidate attraction strategy by requisition (from Sourcing Plan) and manage its production and enactment through appropriate channels (including web based attraction, referral schemes).
- Ensure the Candidate database is maintained and regularly mined for prospective applicants
- Requirements :
- - Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Must be mature, with good initiative, confidentiality and integrity, confident and resourceful person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English both written and verbal.
- Preferred working knowledge of language(s): English, BM
- Possess strong organisational skills.
- Able to interact with people of all level.
