- • To initiate timely recruitment process by requesting for a copy of Manpower Requisition Form and Job Description from the Business Units.
• To extract and list down all important details of a vacancy from Job Description and discussions with the hiring managers.
• Responsible for the preparation and insertion of all internal and external advertisements (contents, lay-out and media selection) to source for the best fit candidates.
• To shortlist all applications that come in from various sources based on ‘must haves’ criteria.
• Coordinate with candidates to complete the DISC profiling.
• Coordinate with respective people in scheduling interviews. To confirm interviewers date, time, venue and prepare all relevant documents for the interviews.
• Conduct interviews based on the competencies required and advise line managers on the best fit candidate for the position.
• Identify short-listed candidate, make job offer and reference checks.
• Prepare appointment letter, commission plan (if required) and other relevant on-boarding documents.
• Prepare for on-boarding processes, i.e. nomination for orientation program, name tag, door access, business card, system access etc.
• To proactively identify future vacancies in planning for recruitment. This is done through monthly reporting and analysis of budgeted and actual headcount.
• Act as the contact person for the Search Companies in providing details of the job as well as coordinating the interviews and selection. Work closely with Supervisor in short-listing the Search Companies and maintain the list of active Search Companies.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in HR specializing in Recruitment
• Chinese in the mid-30s age
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• HR business partnership knowledge, attitude and skills
