Description :: - Deal with chain stores or supermarket / hypermarket groups.
- Execute new product listing for wider range of products. Submit product samples and
promotional strategies.
- Deal with Head Quaters for business negotiations such as price increase, change of sizes and packing and promotion plans.
- Payment collection, followup outstanding payments, over deduction and wrongly charged / discounted amount.
- Promotions planning and design promotion mechanics.
-Lead and assigned tasks to sales persons and ensure assignments are carried out gradually.7.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing audits. Provide weekly market feedbacks.
- Monitor sales performance of individual salesperson and team.
- Monitor stock holding of outlets, report for repeat orders as and when necessary.
Requirements :: - Must have strong network within hypermarkets and supermarkets.
- Candidate with strong Key Account Manager experience within food retail.
- At least three years’ work experience as Key Account Manager or senior executive in FMCG industries.
- Possess related professional qualification in sales and marketing.
- Excellent relationship building skills .
- team work skills with an ability to take decisions and responsibility.
