- a) To canvass for new business and create new clientele for the purpose of achieving the sales target as set out by the company. (The sales target shall be determined by the company form time to time).
b) To respond promptly to existing or new customer’s enquiries for our range of product and services.
c) To prepare quotation, submit and ensure that the customers enquiries are replied in a prompt and professional manner.
d) To report to the Director of the company on the requirements of the customers on an ongoing basis.
e) To develop and maintain a good working relationship with all our customers.
f) To approach consultants, engineers, architects, developers, government agency and key contractors to promote the company and gather market information.
g) To project a positive image of the company at all times. This includes of upgrading company marketing tools such as web site, catalogues, presentation kit and other relevant function
h) To achieve and maintain a competitive edge over the competition by optimizing available resources to get the best results and to involve in presentation and exhibition
i) To discuss and transfer all information related to the projects so secured by you to the project team for the smooth execution of the works and within the project cost. - Requirements :
- - With at least Diploma.
- Able to speak and write in english.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Minimal supervision required.
- Responsible for work delegated.
- A team player with good interpersonal and meticulous.
