Description :: - Conducting feasibility studies/research regarding potential businesses on the land demarcated/identified by the Company.
- Identify and make recommendations to the Management on business proposals to ensure effective and timely decision making.
- Executing business development activities including partnerships selection with Industry Players and Stakeholders.
- Contributing effectively to the corporate management authorities, obligations, and commercial planning.
- Develop and present department KPIs, financial budgets and related business documents to the Management.
- Building strategic networks and alliances with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with various consultants, agents, land owners and related parties in securing the business opportunities.
Requirements :: - Preferably a candidate with a minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of related working experience management level in Property Development Company.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Candidate with strong knowledge of local / regional property market will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong business acumen, communication skills and ability to multitasks.
- Ability to see the big picture and understand the perspective of multiple functions of an organization.
