- •To assist Human Resource Management covering acquisition and retention, employee relation, training & development, compensation and benefit, staff walfare, health & employee wellness, expatriate and foreign workers immigration matters and other HR administration matters.
•To assist in preparing documentations for foreign workers new applications to submit to KDN. Process all foreign workers new & renewal of work permit.
•Handle averall foreign workers insurance inclusive of Hospital and Medical, SKIPPA
•To assist and as Liaison Officer in charge of all foreign workers issues which include any incident occured in the company and hostels.
•In-charge the Compensation and Benefitfor foreign workers including hostels issue.
•To assist preparing monthly report including Leave report, OT Report ect
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
