Description :
1. Responsible for meeting sales targets for SAP solutions and management of multiple accounts.

2. Champion sales strategies and execution in line with Marketing Funnel Business Model(s) for the Division.

3. Responsible for end-to-end ownership of set of Accounts and increase the scope of work and up-sell for NEC in those accounts.

4. Leads the sales process and utilize all available resources to manage the accounts.

5. Understand the customers’ business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning of NEC value propositions

6. Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with customers and business partners

7. Liaise with SAP sales and technical team from Regional HQ as well as SAP Malaysia to understand the company’s solution offerings and core competencies for the ERP market.

8. Liaise with Presales, Project, Consultants, Support team on demo, proposals and projects. Conduct Product / Solution presentations and demonstrations.

9. Engage with appropriate partners/vendors for technical and sales personnel on a planned schedule to keep them informed of successes, issues and opportunities.

10. Prepare sales reports, proposals & business plans

11. Generate, consolidate and 1st tier review of costing sheets and sales reports for management meetings and reviews

12. Must be able to follow through with collections and payment dues based on the approved credit terms. Work closely with procurement section to monitor and ensure all processes attended to in a timely manner

13. To adhere to internal and external requirements on business ethics and SOPs 
Requirements :
1. Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably selling ERP Solutions

2. Preferably with experience handling multinational company / corporate customers / Project Teams and Consultants/ ICT related industries / Telecommunication / System Interpretation for total solution.

3. Possess working knowledge and skills in go-to-market strategies, upselling, cross-selling solutions sales.

4. Knowledgeable of rules and guidelines of IT industry and willingness to learn new technologies. For open tenders, knowledge of the local public sector market and procurement methods is desired

5. Proven sales track record and ability in identifying and developing new sales opportunities (market intensification)

6. Computer literate. Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint with good business plan writing skills

7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to travel. Possess own transport
