Description :: *Responsible for forecast sales, production planning and component stock level
*Responsible for production/material Planning and Control, scheduling of production orders for all production processes
*Maintain proper control of inventory levels, by managing supplies, to meet set inventory turnover ratio as well as to minimize stock outs and obsolescence.
*To handle purchasing of goods and services in a timely manner
*Ensure inventory is stored at the optimum level by monitoring stock movement and review the optimum quantity level periodically
*To reschedule purchase orders based on exception report
*Generate monthly purchasing reports
*Maintain purchasing records and reviews periodically with regard to minimum stock levels.
*Prepare necessary documentations required for purchase orders
*Search for the right supplier of those items and evaluation of suppliers
*Good working attitude and good relationship with supplier.
*Handle general administrative duties and clerical support.
*Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi tasking.
-Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/ Excel.
-Any other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
-Willing to learn and work independently
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/PreU,
-Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Required skill(s): MS Excel.
-Required language(s): Chinese
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in PASIR GUDANG.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse
-Management or equivalent.
