Description :: 1. Overall responsible for the effective functioning of the Quality Management systems and ISO procedure
2. Implement effective quality control techniques to ensure finishes products are meeting the specified requirement
3. Ensure there is consistent quality in the products and conformance to quality in the products;
4. Monitor and schedule calibration for the equipment and maintain and record the results of calibration and any inspection test;
5. Participate and lead continuous quality improvements activities;
6. Carry out products/ materials testing and trouble shoot and rectify quality related problem;
7. Conduct research and use statistical techniques to assess, analyses processes and
product conformance with the objective of driving a continuous quality improvement program in the manufacturing chain;
8. Work interactively with production, sale, customers and suppliers to seek out
refinements and improvements to product quality, productivity and yield;
9. Customers’ complaints are resolved through effective corrective actions;
10. Lead ISO audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Seelong, Senai.
4. Preferably experience in Manufacturing/Production operation or equivalent
