- • Develop and manage a highly competent local laboratory team and cooperate
with HQ laboratory in Singapore
• Oversee the laboratory daily operations, pursue continuous improvement and
implement best practice for the laboratory management system
• Ensure the laboratory meets global customers’ satisfactions and fully
complies with international quality standards and relevant regulatory
requirements
• Promote continuing professional development and training of the laboratory
staffs
• Evaluate / assess new technology developments, guide new procedure setup
and help improve productivity and profitability
• Make risk assessments and propose preventive actions to ensure the
Laboratory’s Environment, Health & Safety.
- Requirements :
- • Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum
three year’s work experience on measurement, tests or similar field preferred
• Strong technical background and capable leadership
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 17025 would be an advantage
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Required languages: Malay and English
• To work in SENAI INDUSTRIAL PARK.
